Leading teams without the formal manager title
I led teams functionally, even when my formal title did not include people manager. My work included helping select team members, interviewing candidates, training reviewers, monitoring production and attendance patterns, supporting QA expectations, coaching reviewers, and helping maintain consistency and accountability. I did not own annual performance reviews.
